Romanie
Performing Arts Teacher
Romanie has been dancing since 5 with a passion of street dance and hip hop. She always loved being able to express herself through dance and this has carried this throughout her life.
She has danced the o2 in london and the Royal Albert hall showcasing street dance. Romanie competed at West and East Midlands UK Street Dance challenge and SDI competitions with first place!
Romanie always knew dance was a huge part of my life and attended the famous Birmingham Ostrion Academy (BOA) college achieving a BTEC level 3 extended diploma in performing arts. Throughout her time at BOA she performed in multiple shows such as 'Beauty & the Beast' , 'Sweeney Todd', and 'Cry Baby'.
After leaving college Romanie decided to showcase her love and devotion of dance and performing to children with additional needs and life threatening challenges. She works alongside with a local Charity which has given her a huge positive shift in life. Having children work alongside ponies & horses and creating a theruaptic and artistic environment has been a wonderful experience and an attribute to her career.
Romanie hopes to express her love and enjoyment of dance and performing arts to children and is excited to be in the Funstar family.
